And we are fortunate that it was kismet and not an online review that led us to these talented individuals. There are no “5-star reviews” that could have sufficiently described the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service that Porscha Showers of JL Marsaw epitomizes. My wife and I were in search of a new chapter for our family of four after living through the epicenter and height of the pandemic in NYC. Dallas had been on our radar for a while, and we pounced at the opportunity to relocate once remote work became a mainstay. By chance, we were watching an episode of House Hunters one night, and sure enough, Ms. Showers was the featured realtor on an episode on the Dallas real estate market. We became enamored with how she represented her client and her thought process throughout the episode. So with a leap of faith, we reached out to Ms. Showers, praying that she would respond. Can I say that she is as advertised and more? She took the time to vet our needs as homebuyers and meticulously helped us find our forever home in Dallas. She has been a blessing to our family.
